Our four modes (Focus, Communications, Knowledge, and pipPad) help employees identify how to use the tool, supported by a range of example prompts that employees can use themselves or modify for their own needs. With most public AI tools, your inputs can be logged, analyzed, and stored outside your control. Even if the platform claims privacy or allows you to opt out of data training, the data often travels through and is stored on shared infrastructure. pipIQ uses containerized file storage for complete isolation for each client company. All data inside pipIQ is stored inside your dedicated environment, where it is access-controlled and auditable. Admins can monitor usage and enforce policies. Every workspace operates as a private enclave with full visibility and zero exposure to public networks.
Whenever pipIQ goes to an external LLM to generate a response, all data is completely anonymized. The external LLM does not get access to pipIQ client setups, full files, or any personally identifiable information (PII). Each query is also stateless, so the external LLM will not retain data history from pipIQ.
